Here's a random shot from a few nights ago.... family music on the back porch.

There was a "Tucker Arts Fest" at Tucker High School tonight - Tucker being our little neck of the woods in metro Atlanta. It was a fund raiser for Habitat For Humanity, featuring a local artists' market, a kids interactive art area (including a bounce house), concessions, live music.... quite the art fest.
The true star of the show tonight, though, was Mia Rose Brady. Local schools were able to submit a piece of art from each grade level relating to "Home" and Mrs. Rucker, Mia's art teacher, chose one of Mia's class projects to represent Midvale Elementary's first grade. We're very proud of our petite artiste.
Here she is with Mrs. Rucker. She loves Mia and Mia loves her class.

Mia with her masterwork.

There was great art from all ages from all the local schools....
The kids loved these huge silhouettes taped to the windows....

No Arts Festival is complete without a bounce house......
The kids queue up for face painting.....
